Where I’ve built

How I lead

01

Clear direction

I partner with Product on a concrete, well-specified roadmap tied to OKRs, so every engineer and stakeholder knows what we’re building and why, even when priorities shift.

02

People first

Mentoring, growing careers and hiring well are the job, not a side task. I make time for people and build teams where everyone is comfortable raising ideas and problems.

03

Engineering excellence

Architecture and practices that scale: modern Kotlin codebases, faster CI/CD, shared quality standards and SDKs that partners can integrate with confidence.

Before moving into management I spent more than a decade as a hands-on engineer, from .NET web platforms to Android apps for ESPN, Headspace, Univision and Comcast.
